Valves
2" Polypropylene Butterfly Valve
Standard polypropylene butterfly valve with EPDM seal. Drop-in replacement for most IBC totes. Flow rate: ~40 GPM at full open. Compatible with S60x6 thread. Rated for temperatures up to 140°F.
2" Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve
Premium 304 stainless steel butterfly valve for chemical and food-grade applications. Superior corrosion resistance compared to polypropylene. PTFE seal for broad chemical compatibility.
3" Polypropylene Butterfly Valve
High-flow butterfly valve for viscous liquids like honey, syrups, and resins. Stainless steel handle with locking mechanism. Reduces drain time by 55% vs 2" valve.
3" Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve
Heavy-duty 304 stainless 3" valve for high-flow chemical applications. PTFE seal resists aggressive solvents. Full-port design minimizes pressure drop.
Ball Valve Adapter (2" and 3")
Converts butterfly valve outlet to ball valve operation for precise flow control and positive shutoff. Available in polypropylene and stainless steel. Quarter-turn operation.
Non-Return Valve (NRV)
Prevents backflow into the IBC. Critical for chemical dosing, gravity-feed systems, and pump connections. Spring-loaded check valve design. Available in 2" and 3".
Sample Valve / Sampling Port
Small-bore valve installed in the IBC lid or side port for drawing product samples without opening the main fill cap. Maintains container integrity during quality control testing.
Adapters & Fittings
Cam-Lock Adapter Set (A through F)
Quick-connect cam-lock fittings in all six configurations (A, B, C, D, E, F). Available in polypropylene for general use and 316 stainless steel for chemical applications. Meets MIL-C-27487 specifications.
Garden Hose Adapter
Converts IBC valve outlet to standard 3/4" GHT (garden hose thread). Perfect for irrigation, water filling stations, and gravity-feed systems. Includes integrated shutoff handle.
Reducer Fittings (3" to 2", 2" to 1")
Step-down adapters for connecting IBC valves to smaller hose and pipe systems. Smooth internal bore minimizes turbulence and pressure drop. Available in PP and SS.
S60x6 Thread Adapter Kit
Connect standard IBC S60x6 coarse thread to BSP, NPT, or cam-lock fittings. Kit includes the four most common conversion fittings. Gaskets included.
S75x6 Thread Adapter Kit
Adapter kit for 3" IBC connections. Converts S75x6 coarse thread to various standards including BSP, NPT, tri-clamp, and flanged connections.
Hose Barb Adapter
Converts IBC valve thread to straight hose barb fitting for flexible hose connections. Available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 2" barb sizes. Includes hose clamp.
Y-Connector / Splitter
Splits single IBC outlet into two separate streams. Each branch has independent shutoff. Useful for filling two containers simultaneously or running parallel lines.
Caps, Seals & Closures
6" Screw Cap (150mm)
Top-fill cap with integrated EPDM gasket. FDA-compliant HDPE for food-grade applications. Vented version available for temperature cycling and vapor management.
Wide-Mouth Cap (225mm)
Oversized fill cap for applications involving granulated materials, viscous liquids, or manual cleaning access. HDPE body with thick EPDM gasket.
Dust Cap (Valve Cover)
Protects the discharge valve from contamination during storage and transport. Snap-on design fits over standard 2" and 3" butterfly valves. UV-resistant polypropylene.
Replacement Gasket Set (Complete)
Complete gasket kit including lid seal (150mm), valve gasket, cap O-ring, and dust cap seal. EPDM standard; Viton and PTFE options for chemical resistance.
Tamper-Evident Seal (Numbered)
Numbered security seal for chain-of-custody compliance. Snap-off design shows visible evidence of tampering. Pack of 100. Sequential numbering available.
Vented Fill Cap
Pressure-relief cap that allows air exchange during filling and draining to prevent vacuum lock. HEPA-filtered version available for clean applications.
Heating & Temperature Control
Full-Wrap IBC Heating Blanket
Thermostatically controlled wrap-around heater that covers the full circumference of the IBC bottle. Digital temperature controller with adjustable setpoint from 40°F to 160°F. Insulated outer layer reduces heat loss by 60%.
Half-Wrap IBC Heating Blanket
Economy heating blanket covering the lower half of the IBC bottle. Ideal for frost protection and maintaining viscosity in moderate-temperature applications. Lower wattage reduces energy costs.
Base Heating Pad
Under-pallet heating element for frost protection and viscosity management from below. Insulated bottom layer prevents heat loss to the floor. Fits standard 48" x 40" pallet footprint.
IBC Insulation Jacket
Non-heated insulated wrap for maintaining temperature of pre-heated contents. Reduces heat loss rate by 80% in ambient conditions. Can be used in combination with heating blankets.
Digital Temperature Controller (Replacement)
Replacement digital thermostat unit for IBC heating blankets. Programmable setpoint, high-limit safety cutoff, and LED display. Compatible with most heating blanket brands.
Mixing & Agitation
IBC Mixer / Agitator (1/3 HP)
Clamp-on electric mixer for blending, suspension, and homogenization. Variable speed from 60-300 RPM. Stainless steel shaft and impeller. Mounts through standard 150mm opening.
IBC Mixer / Agitator (3/4 HP)
Heavy-duty mixer for high-viscosity applications. Handles fluids up to 10,000 cP. Two-blade folding impeller allows insertion through 150mm opening then expands for effective mixing.
Mixer Mounting Bracket
Universal top-mount bracket that fits standard 6" (150mm) openings. Stainless steel construction with adjustable clamp tension. Vibration-dampening gasket prevents frame resonance.
Air-Powered Mixer
Pneumatic IBC mixer for use in flammable or explosive environments where electric motors are prohibited. Compressed air driven, ATEX-rated. Variable speed via air flow regulator.
Stands, Containment & Storage
IBC Tilt Stand
Elevates and angles the IBC to drain the last 5-10 gallons that settle below the valve outlet. Heavy-duty steel, powder-coated finish. Adjustable angle from 5° to 15°. Rated for full 330-gallon load.
Single-IBC Spill Containment Pallet
110% secondary containment for a single IBC. Meets EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and SPCC requirements. HDPE construction, forklift-compatible, integrated drain plug.
Double-IBC Spill Containment Pallet
Side-by-side secondary containment for two IBCs. Shared sump captures leaks from either container. Removable grating for cleaning. HDPE or steel construction.
Quad-IBC Spill Containment Pallet
Four-position containment platform for high-density chemical storage. Meets EPA and OSHA secondary containment requirements for liquid storage areas.
Stacking Frame
Reinforced steel frame for safely stacking filled IBCs up to 4 high. Matches standard 48" x 40" pallet footprint. Bolt-together assembly for flat shipping.
IBC Cover / UV Shield
Heavy-duty UV-resistant cover to protect contents from sunlight degradation during outdoor storage. Drawstring closure with toggle locks. Fits 275 and 330 gallon IBCs.
IBC Drip Tray

Installation
Installation Tips
Most IBC accessories are designed for tool-free installation. Follow these general guidelines for the most common installations.
Valve Replacement
1. Close existing valve and drain any residual liquid. 2. Unthread the old valve counterclockwise (S60x6 or S75x6). 3. Inspect the bottle thread for damage or debris. 4. Apply PTFE tape to the new valve threads (3 wraps). 5. Thread the new valve clockwise until hand-tight plus 1/4 turn. 6. Test with water before loading with product.
Gasket Replacement
1. Remove the valve or cap that holds the gasket. 2. Pull out the old gasket and clean the seating surface. 3. Inspect for thread damage or scoring. 4. Seat the new gasket ensuring it sits flat in the groove. 5. Reinstall the valve or cap and tighten to specification. 6. Pressure test at 3 PSI before loading.
Heating Blanket Installation
1. Wrap the blanket around the IBC bottle with the connector side accessible. 2. Secure the velcro straps snugly but not overtight. 3. Plug into a GFCI-protected outlet. 4. Set the thermostat to desired temperature. 5. Allow 2-4 hours for contents to reach setpoint. 6. Monitor for the first 24 hours.
Mixer Installation
1. Remove the 150mm fill cap. 2. Attach the mounting bracket to the fill opening. 3. Lower the mixer shaft through the bracket into the IBC. 4. Tighten the clamp bolts until the bracket is secure. 5. Connect power and set initial speed to lowest setting. 6. Gradually increase speed to desired RPM.

Finding the Right Fit
IBC accessories are not always universal. Valve thread sizes (S60x6, S75x6), discharge opening diameters (2" vs 3"), and lid specifications (150mm vs 225mm) vary between manufacturers such as Schütz, Mauser, and Greif.
